What to skip with kids
Anything inside a casino floor (legally noisy, 21+ to cross some paths), late-show circuits, and the nightclub-heavy pool scenes. Family pools separate from dayclubs (Mandalay Bay's wave pool) do exist — check the property map first.
Practical notes
- Hotel rooms with suites help — Vegas "standard" rooms are smaller than family chains elsewhere
- Off-heat hours: aquarium mornings, museums early, outdoor parks after 4 PM May–Sep
- Casinos under 21 restrict gambling floors but not resort corridors or shops
