Summer (May–Sep)
105°F+ afternoons. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear for the pool circuit and lighter outfits than you think. Formal shows still lean dressy — one smart outfit covers it.
Winter (Nov–Feb)
Surprisingly cold nights (30s°F). A real jacket, not just a hoodie. Indoor walking covers most days — no snow gear needed.
Don't bother bringing
- Beach towels (hotels provide pool towels)
- Wrinkle-free hopes — iron in every room or bring one
- A full bottle through TSA security — empty and fill at the gate
